Supervisi Akademik Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh di SMAN 64 Jakarta

Supervisi akademik merupakan serangkaian kegiatan membantu guru mengembangkan kemampuannya mengelola proses pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran (Daresh, 1989, Glickman, et al; 2007).  Pada era covid-19 perlu ditambah menjadi serangkaian kegiatan membantu guru, orang tua dan siswa. Langkah-langkah Supervisi Akademik Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) di SMAN 64 Jakarta dilakukan dalam 3 bagian:

Tahap Sebelum Supervisi :

  1. Mensosialisaikan program supervisi ke setiap pendidik/guru
  2. Guru mengisi lembar identitas supervisi
  3. Guru mengisi Instrumen Perencanaan PJJ

Tahap Pelaksanaan Supervisi :

  1. Guru Mengisi Instrumen RPP Jarak Jauh
  2. Supervisor mengisi Lembar Pengamatan Pelaksanaan Observasi RPP Supervisi PJJ

Tahap Setelah Supervisi :

  1. Mengadakan pertemuan untuk memberikan umpan balik
  2. Menganalisis data hasil observasi
  3. Merencanakan tindak lanjut

Mensosialisaikan program supervisi ke setiap pendidik/guru dilakukan melalui Rapat Jarak Jauh dan Grup WhatsApp.
